Kelp Shrimp
Well, I've never seen one of these while actually *diving* in Monterey, but I saw one for the first time at the weekend while walking down the beach!
Luckily I didn't squish it. I was tempted as it looked like some kind of alien species darting around on the beach in a big puddle.
